Why is it that people like Michelle, Anne, Sean, Bill, or Rush can so easily announce that Liberals are haters when they are busy hating other people with such venom? Michelle Malkin's new book is just too weird, she's gotta be totally fucked up.

Yes, an Asian-American woman who argues in favor of rounding people up, seizing everything they own and locking them away in camps with horrible conditions, simply because they physically resemble the enemy of the state.

So you've read the book to make such an informed opinion on it?

Or are you just regurjitating the talking points that you read somewhere else?

I've read a lot on the history of the internment camps in this country. And I know what I was "taught" when I was growing up, which I had to unlearn later.

I don't accept "talking points" as anything other than truth bent to serve a separate goal, often a goal that's in conflict with the truth itself.

Why are you presuming that either reading the book in its entirety or 'regurgitating talking points' are the only avenues for discussion and opinion?

I wanted to say something pithy about repression and self loathing and using identifying with your oprressor as an escape mechanism, but sadly I can only summon pissy. Good thing I don't have the stereotypical lisp so that you can tell the two apart.

Saw Michelle Malkin on that balding liberal guy's show that features a guest panel of 3 (a celebrity, a liberal, a conservative), I forget his name...Maher? Anyway, Malkin's just another obnoxious media whore cashing in on the whole blue/red, liberal/conservative crap that's infected this nation. We are all more purple, actually. How many people you know who are as extreme, either liberal or conservative? I think people like her and their liberal opposites are bad icons to look up to and listen to. It defeats discourse in this nation.
